With "Per Lead" pricing, it is similar to "Per Transfer". The problem that can arise between the customer and vendor is clearly defining what a Lead is.

One very important disctinction is that a live transfer is not necessarily a lead.

Sometime 50% or more of the live transfers are people that want to be removed from your list.

The rest of the live transfers could be leads.
